L’accueil du personnel, la qualité de la prestation et l’emplacement plus qu’idéal. Vraiment très près de tout.
Tout était très bien

Welcoming from the moment I arrived! I was able to drop my luggage off in the morning and they enabled me to check in earlier. Communication was great and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The room was beautiful and cosy! The little touches in the room were fantastic.
The location was perfect.
Breakfast was delicious! The pancakes were amazing! They had a lovely variety of food on the menu.
Again, nothing was ever too much trouble and they were so accommodating and friendly.
Service with a smile! They truly care and look after you.

I can't say enough positive things about my stay at the Renascentia. Both Nick and Camilla were the most gracious of hosts. From the overall hospitality of being available to answer questions, arranging transportation, etc., to fantastic recommendations of restaurants, to their staff's presentation of delightful breakfasts (loved the pancackes and fruit!) were truly impressive. The ambience is refreshing and clean. The location is perfect...close to the many attractions and the Arno. Bravo!
There really wasn't anything I didn't like.

Fikk ikke det rommet jeg bestilte.

Good location.
The system to get in and out requires keys, a code, and an access card. They explained this to us after we’d been traveling for 25 hrs. Of course we got locked out and they seemed annoyed at us. Also, it’s a child free hotel, yet reception had their child in the hotel.

Great location, excellent staff, very well managed
Noisy outside due to such a central location and restaurants & shops right outside the property. Problem was mainly noticeable late into the evening/ past bedtime

Perfect location between the Duomo and the Uffizi. In the hub of things and yet an oasis of calm providing respite from the frenetic tourism of Florence. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we got to the airport in the midst of an unexpected taxi strike - we would have missed our flight without their help.
Nothing. We struck gold with our stay here.

The breakfast was outstanding and the location perfect
We would have preferred a room that had a bathroom on the same level as bedroom.

An amazing, perfect place. Located at the heart of Firenze, in the middle of all the beauty. Tastefully set up modern rooms with a lot of attention to comfort and esthetics. Establishment just big enough to feel very relaxed and welcome. Sumptuous and variable breakfasts. Sparkingly clean. Very professional staff, truly dedicated to guests' well being with knowledge and warmth (particularly Nick with his natural talent for hospitality)
Minor items could be improved: fan and magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms, at least one English speaking channel on TV, offer breakfast a little earlier (their boxed breakfasts cannot compete)

Breakfast was very good and made to order which was very nice. Couldn't ask for a much better location in the heart of town.
All hallways & stairwells while monitored by camera are dark and only light up by motion activation, which I understand but bizarre when returning in evening.

Overall all was great but maybe just breakfast was a bit slow but not a big deal since eventually it was delicious 😍

We love the Localisation,
The Room was not super huge but ok
The Italian Shower in the room and not in the bathroom (for me)
The american breakfast (we are French)
The Staff
The Italian Shower in the room and not in the bathroom (for my wife)
The American breakfast (we are Belgian & French): was a bit annoying for us : we like simple breakfast (A great Croissant / jam / Fresh Bread / butter / some fruits is largely enough. But here these 4 breakfast pillars were quite low level (frozen oven croissant & industrial marmelade Hero) when all the effort is put on the musli, pancake, waffle, eggs which are great by the way... but not our stuff.

Our stay at Renascentia was an amazing experience. The team was ready for our arrival, greeted us, and explained all of the details about the property. They made amazing recommendations for us in Florence. They also went above and beyond to make sure we were celebrated, as we got engaged on this trip. Our friends from back home were able to easily work with them to arrange surprises.
The room was beautiful, spotless, spacious and modern. The property was also very discrete so we felt very safe.
The breakfast was also amazing, with fresh food and perfect service. When I asked for lemon water, the owner even ran out to buy a lemon for me because they didn't have any on hand. Each day, they would ask us about our plans and how everything was going. We felt that they truly cared about us and our stay, and we would recommend this property to everybody. Don't look any further than Renascentia!
Nothing! We loved everything about our stay. There was not a single downside.

Staff was lovely. Breakfast was perfect. Room had great high ceilings, a huge window, a gigantic tub and waterfall shower, cushy robes, comfortable seating and was perfect. Nothing over the top. The wifi was a problem, but was corrected quickly. A little confusing about how to enter but was also quickly remedied. Can't say enough about what a lovely stay in a perfect location.

the staff were fantastic. felt well cared for. and the location can’t be beat.
no wi-fi in our room and our room was much tinier than it looked on the website. barely comfortable for two people. also, street noise was intense, but I know they can’t help that.

This wonderful place was clean, stylish, private, and in the best location. We were in the center of it all. Only a 3 min walk from the Duomo and walking distance to everything else. We got a room with a bathtub and the tub was MASSIVE. The staff were also incredible. Everyone was so friendly and kind. They were around to answer questions and give suggestions for places to go. The included daily breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from. The property was also very safe and secure. There was added security measures to make sure only people who were staying at the B&B could access the floor. Also literally right downstairs one door over is the best panini place in the city so that was super convenient! You can tell the love and care they put into this place and it shows in so many aspects. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was absolutely beautiful, amazing decor and such high ceilings. The staff were lovely too and went out of there way to suggest places to eat! Perfect location.

The location of the B&B is very convenient. We could walk everywhere. The room is lovely decorated, very comfortable, good size, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is very nicely prepared, and delicious, with American-sized portions. It could last you almost a whole day if you wish. During our stay, Nick was the one who is the most helpful but all the staffs are very friendly, kind, and eager to help. They are also very prompt with emails regarding checking in etc. We had a wonderful stay. There is a panini shop next door that makes awesome sandwiches. If you are exhausted after visiting museums the entire day as we did, you could get your panini there made on the spot and take it back, still warm. There is also a small grocery shop around the corner where you can buy fresh fruit etc.
If you don't mind some noise, perhaps you should request a room facing the front. Our room in the back is very quiet but with no view.
