The location was right in the center of everything. The room is very clean and comfortable . The Turkish bath felt really good and helped with my backache

The property was beautiful! Accommodations were comfortable and cozy. Shower was lovely and the bed and pillows were delightful. Easy walk to most sites. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Nothing.

If you're looking for convenience, this hotel provides it. It's located in the heart of Florence and literally 2 minutes (around the block) from the museums where the famous David statue is located. This is also where a piazza is located with shops and restaurants. The hotel staff is friendly but they are not on sight 24 hours a day. There is a small coffee bar that is not open very long, but there is a self service area where you can make a cup of instant coffee and access fresh water.
The beds in the hotel left a lot to be desired. They are worn out and very uncomfortable. Also, you have to climb stairs to reach the hotel desk and rooms. There is a small elevator for your luggage, but even that is AFTER you climb a flight of stairs.
