Very clean property and comfortable rooms, but complimentary breakfast was mediocre.

This is a great hotel in a very good area. Lots of dining and shopping nearby. The one inconvenience is the parking but even that is a small issue.
8 / 10Excellent·Jun 2026
Location convenient to restaurants and quick access to highways to get all over the metro. Staff very friendly. Breakfast below average compared to other brands, but adequate. Some longstanding design issues with all Springhill Suites, like the glass bathroom door, no real divider between sleeping and sitting area, and you can't see the tv from The couch. Hopefully they will fix those inconveniences in future renos.

It was very, very clean and the staff were very helpful. We love the shower and the layout. We would happily stay there again. It's likely going to be our go to hotel when we visit KC. Close to everything we needed food, drinks and easy to get where we were going. 10 out of 10.
