Overall, the hotel is in good shape, well-located, and close to many shops and restaurants. Breakfast was great and abundant. What we didn't like was that the AC was broken. For a short stay where we just needed to rest, this was a big issue. We reported it, but they did nothing to fix it, which was very disappointing. That's why I'm leaving a low rating.

The room was nice and clean, but the lighting was quite dim. It was missing some basic amenities, such as body lotion and separate shampoo and body wash. Although the room had air conditioning, it struggled to keep the room cool even though it was only 24°C (75°F) outside.

The extra mile when I informed Fleur
that it was cold in the room. She changed my room and brought a electrical heater. Shana did also a very good job and took care of a late check out. My compliments to Anushka to comfort me with double expresso coffee. Marina took care of my lugage.
Due the low temperature and snow during last week in The Netherlands i
I must say the staff did an excellent job. Lina was so kind. Thanks to Tony in assisting me to carry out my luggage into the taxi. Room was clean.
