I stayed at the Hotel Pierre Nicole for 6 nights to attend a conference in Paris during the summer, and was quite impressed by staff member's hospitality, flexibility with my booking, and willingness to help. What the property may lack in commercial, franchise hotel amenities (i.e a gym) it more than makes up for in guest service, affordability, and proximity to central Paris. Will definitely try to return here if I am back in the city.

Staff were super-friendly. Hotel was lovely & quaint. Rooms cleaned daily without fail.
Rail station to airport is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Vavin Metro station is just a 12-minute walk giving access to all around Paris via interchanging lines. Bus services also just a short walk away.
Shower, toilet TV, lighting all worked perfectly. No air-con advertised, so fans provided in the room.
I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I used it very much as a base for wider travelling so it really was somewhere just to sleep. However, brilliantly located for the part of Paris I needed to be, the staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful, and were always at the desk at whatever time of day or night I returned. I felt rather sad saying goodbye to the place - I’d definitely consider going back here

Very friendly good basic hotel in Paris. Clean, rooms a little small but perfectly comfortable. Major advantage is that it sits in a quiet street and is 5 mins walk from Port Royal RER station. All very convenient.
Very friendly and helpful staff with 24 hr cover.
