In the days prior to our arrival, there was serious uncertainty about our time of arrival. The host was very reachable and flexible to find a solution with us, it worked out fine even if we only arrived after 22:00. Wonderful stay, great village, and easy to go to skilift (ski down to Monte Pana chairlift, almost from the apartment; go back after ski day easiest with skibus from Saslong piste).

The stay started out okay as the check-in process was smooth. The apartment was nice and warm. However, water at the apartment was lukewarm. The host fixed it, however for three days out of seven we couldn’t take a proper shower or bath. The check-out time provided on the listing was between 9:00 and 9:30. Instead, the host demanded that we get out by 9:00 sharp, on Christmas day. On the day of check-out, Anna angrily rushed in at 8:55 and immediately complained about the kitchen being not clean,however could not point out what exactly was not clean (we cleaned all the dishes,nothing left). Frankly, we expected an apology and some kind of compensation because of the water, but instead the host was just rude. This is not how the guests should be treated, and we would never come back.

Nice and warm apartment with good views

Location was fantastic, AnnaMaria, our host was charming and very helpful. Wonderful apartment, very comfortable and clean. Would definitely return.

The beds were a little hard, but everything else, perfect.

The apartment was really very very nice. Having a second bathroom was great and the upstairs bedroom was gorgeous. I took full advantage of the upstairs bath to soak in hot water after a full day of skiing.

I was a little bit disappointed by the distance to get to the ski lifts. I had thought the apartment was closer to the lift. The walk every morning is highly doable (and can be considered a nice warm up) but a bit tedious to do in ski boots while carrying skis. Even though the apartment has a fully equipped ski room I splurged on a ski depot nearer to the lift so that I didn't have to trudge back and forth in my full ski kit every day. I guess I'm just lazy.
