Awful. I stayed at Apart-Hôtel Le Pic de l’Ours and had a very frustrating experience. The hotel advertises WiFi, but in reality it only works in a small part of the building. As I was there for work, this made my stay unworkable. I contacted reception to explain I needed to leave early, but received no response. When I finally spoke to someone (reception is rarely staffed), a refund was refused despite the misleading information. The accommodation itself felt tired, with noticeable noise from other rooms — more like student halls of residence than an apartment complex. Overall, not as advertised and not suitable if you need reliable internet.

The location of this hotel is fabulous and we love the option to get family apartments with multiple rooms and different bed configurations. However, we were surprised that some basic amenities were not provided. For example, there is a coffee machine but no filters (maybe a French press would be better - no need for filters). Also no large bowl for salad and nothing that can go in the oven (baking tray, casseroles). No dishwasher tabs or dish soap or dish towel, but they do expect guests to do the dishes. The dishwasher takes hours, making it impossible to do dishes and put them away (as requested) after breakfast but before checkout. We'll be aware for next time, but it would have been good to have more communication about this. Also when we arrived we were given an apartment that hadn't been cleaned. They quickly gave us a different one that was clean, but unfortunately didn't have as nice a view as the original one given to us.

The hotel is very convenient for skiing, being immediately across the street from the telecabine. It’s centrally located so exploring the town is also easy. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and some other bits of equipment are available upon request from the reception.

Apartment was clean and spacious and staff very nice. Great location for hiking and exploring. Kitchen stocked with dishes but no dish soap. Parking garage was scary- dark and empty and I would not go to get my car alone.
