Everything was excellent except for the service provided by the photography team. They took our pictures and my husband had to chase up with the photography team there. They took the money and when my husband messaged on WhatsApp, they saw the message but didn't reply. They replied after 3 days. The photo was seem like was edited in rush.We had no issues with hotel staff ,service, food and amenities. All awesome except, the photography team led us down.

We loved our clean and spacious family room and the beautiful outlook over the gardens from the balcony. Could even see the beach. The buffet was perfect and staff were lovely. Our boys loved Sugita and a highlight was the soccer pitch. We loved our time here. Will be back! 🌴🌺

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Baruna Bali by IHG. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help.
After arriving from Lombok at around 9:00 am, we knew standard check-in wasn't until 3:00 pm, so we expected a long wait. To our delight, the team managed to prepare our room and offered us access by 10:00 am at no extra charge. After an early journey, this thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated.
The staff's flexibility, kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded our expectations and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and offers great value, but it was the outstanding hospitality that made our experience memorable.
We would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Baruna Bali to anyone visiting Bali and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Thank you to the amazing team for making our holiday start so perfectly! 🌴😊
