A delightful, historic hotel in the heart of Sorrento a few steps from the ocean. It is a quiet, elegant hotel with little in the way of facilities but it really is lovely. It has an air of grandeur about it and is perfect if you want peace, quiet, great service and to be in the centre of the town.
My room was delightful and had the added bonus of a large private sun terrace which I wasn't expecting.
The breakfast room was beautiful and I was spoiled for choice - there really was something for everyone.
Staff were incredibly helpful. I am rubbish with technology and needed help each evening on how to get where I needed to be and whoever was manning the desk spent time patiently showing me where I needed to be.
I highly recommend the hotel.

This was a great place to stay at in Sorrento! It is an actual palace, giving that sensation of time traveling with the modern commodities.
This place felt like staying in a museum with all the beautiful decoration.
It is clean, comfortable, staff is great, you get your lotus biscoff treat every night, they prepare your bed at night, and most importantly location is great! It is just a fee steps from the lift you must take to come up and down to the port.
Love this place, would recommend and would stay here again!

The hotel was amazing! Great location, close enough for walking to restaurants, the lift that takes you down to the beach area, shopping etc., also the room was spacious, very clean, and the staff at the desk was amazing to help us with any questions we had. The housekeeping was great also! The only complaint we have is we couldn’t stay longer, I wish we could have but we will hopefully make it back someday! 5 star all the way!
