Friendliest staff and great location!

Good location. Nice size room. First room a/c did not work and staff immediately gave us another room. A/c in second room needed some adjustments but staff responded effectively.

This was exactly what we needed for a couple nights in San Sebastián. The old town is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Check in and out was very fast and easy. They reserved a taxi as well to take us to the airport the night before. Very cool property!

A great hotel with high ceilings and impressive architecture. The room was great, the location was easy and close to town and we used the discounted parking too which was around the corner and handy too,
Would visit again.
