Hotel management was very helpful

Over all it’s in the heart of the action and is a very nice spot for solo travelers or couples. It’s a small space as expected. Next time I’ll probably request a room with a balcony to give more of a Parisian feel. Over all really good.

Great presentation and very modern & clean however no one available to assist with luggage and although there is a bar at the property it didn’t seem to be open whilst we were there.
Staff were very friendly.

Staff was great, especially the person who checked us in, i forget his name, but he was so nice. They made it so an anniversary surprised wasnt spoiled, decorated the room with balloons, notes and had the sparkling wine on ice. The breakfast was okay, we only had it once. The area was perfect, the room was perfect. Dont read into the other comments about the location being "unsafe", there is so many people around, bunch of restaurants, bars, 3 minute walk to the station that can take you anywhere. It's a bit noisy on the weekend but we actually ran into a street party in the rain one night and it was SO fun ! If i went back, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend to anyone.
