Conveniently located near gardens mall and mid valley. Getting around wasn’t too far too and wasn’t as jam as staying at the city center. Overall hotel looks new but there’s a slight smell when we entered the room (not too unpleasant but still present) and the sheets had some slight marks on it.

The front desk manager honoured my VIP access from Expedia and upgraded my room to include free buffet.

Thank you Siva at the front desk for being so kind and helpful before and during my check in. I appreciate and love the anniversary cake provided in the room. Service is good at this hotel including the dining at Amaya Food Gallery.
room is quiet, although we can hear vibration of doors closing, it's a lot better compared to other hotels where doors are slamming and banging.
one thing that disturbs me from falling asleep is the smoke detector on the ceiling. it keeps blinking with a beep sound each time the red light comes on. i'm not sure if it's battery running low or the sound is normal. It was already late and I did not want to call the reception and wait anymore. i forgot to ask at the reception during check out, this will affect my consideration staying the next time too.
