Excellent reception from Giovanni with clear explanations and good recommendations. He has booked our taxi promptly and the room was just amayand so quiet.

We loved our stay here! Communication was excellent. Our host met us outside the hotel and helped carry in our luggage. He walked us through the room and all of our amenities. He provided water for us daily. He checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and he was always available to answer questions. Our location was perfect. Our room was large with plenty of room for three! We would stay here again!

Hard to find and not very clear instructions on how to check in, we ended up standing in the street for close to an hour before finally being greeted. Once we were found and let in it was very smooth and a wonderful supportive experience.
