Great location in the old town and wonderful little hotel. Rooms were v clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated on a little pedestrianised lane containing numerous shops and restaurants. We were recommended a fish restaurant a few meters away and it was excellent. Staff there v helpful in choosing wines to match our food.
The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. They arranged for car parking and notifying authorities about waiving fees for entering old town.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The valet parking service saved our bacon in Ortigia. The breakfast offering was fantastic - something for everyone.
Unbeatable location in the middle of the action. Would love to come back someday.

We had a terrific time at Palazzo Gilistro! We arrived on a busy Saturday night, and it was challenging navigating the ZTL zones. We should have just parked at the public parking lot in Syracuse, but everything was perfect after that. All of the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. The location was right in the middle of everything and we loved walking out the door and having food, shopping, and sites right there! Breakfast was also great. Absolutely perfect! We would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff were great. The location was right in the middle of all the pedestrian only streets. The room was large and had an elevator. Breakfast each morning was great. The staff were wonderfully helpful with suggestions on what to do.
