Centrally located, the helpfulness of the staff who fully arranged for me a car to the airport for 5:30 am.

The location is very convenient; close to Gran Via, plenty of restaurants and shops around, and it’s still quiet.
The room is comfy, clean, and modern. The room is kind of dark, but that’s the vibe of the hotel.
This is our second time staying there, and we liked it.
