Staying at Masseria Ayroldi for five nights was truly something special. The property is stunning, with beautifully kept landscaping and a restoration that has been done with real care and respect for the place. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and peaceful. The pool area is gorgeous and such a relaxing spot to spend time, and the rooms are just as lovely, pristine, comfortable, and full of charm.
What really made the stay stand out was the atmosphere and the people. It is a warm, family run place where the service feels personal, attentive, and genuinely helpful without ever being intrusive. Every member of staff went out of their way to help with everything, from recommendations and directions to making reservations and ensuring every detail of the stay was easy and smooth. They were consistently warm and genuine, and made you feel truly welcome from the moment you arrived. We felt so well taken care of throughout our stay, and that level of service is one of the most important things when travelling.
Every morning breakfast was a highlight, with excellent cappuccinos, fresh juices, and beautiful fruit including the most delicious cherries. There was always a generous spread of breads, yogurts, cheeses, pancakes, eggs, and fresh vegetables that made each morning feel like a treat.
We also enjoyed dinner at the masseria, which was just as memorable, and the location worked perfectly as a base for visiting nearby towns. We loved every part of our stay ❤️🇮🇹

Lovely location for a relaxing stay within easy reach of neighbouring towns/ villages. Good quality food with menu changing daily. Pool area has a lovely atmosphere with grape vines above sun beds with ample opportunity to move into full sun if that is what you want.
All the staff we met were incredibly friendly.

Amazing place, blended into the natural environment - quiet and great location to visit the surrounding areas. Panna cotta was the best. Staff were very accommodating and provided elegant service - a top notch place !
