The staff were faultless and so friendly. The location is perfect, so central to everything. The room was perhaps a little tired and small but was fine for our short stay. The breakfast was a welcome surprise as I wasn't aware it was included. Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work due to a storm the day before we arrived but it didnt impact our stay. You do have to lug your cases up quite a few flights of stairs to get to reception ( there is a lift from reception up to the rooms but not from the ground floor). Overall it was a great stay and would return if visiting Sorrento again.

Great location on one of the main shopping streets. Always busy with lots of dining options. No parking onsite which was a bit of a problem. Staff is great. Antonio and Juliano in reception were very pleasant and helpful! Breakfast just ok. Sorrento is really gorgeous with a cool vibe.
