Very friendly and polite staff, check in was very easy.
Loads of lifts but sometimes you have to wait awhile because it seems that only 2 operate at the same time but wasn't too much of an issue.
Room was very clean and tidy with good amenities

Nice property, very helpful staff, easy to access public transit, limited amenities- only shampoo/soap. Must request towel and maid service. Coffee makers over pour beware! 45 minutes to Touristy areas between walking, changing buses, walking.. but easy to manage if you have the time and knees.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The rooms were very nice and clean. Nice lounge up above where they serve breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, this was one of the best we had while visiting Europe. Truly a beautiful hotel and great atmosphere!
