Overall a nice hotel close to the city centre of Exeter. The staff was nice and the hotel was nice and clean.
The rooms are to small for a family of four (two adults and two small children).

Very nice rooms with a decent bathroom and a good breakfast. All very well run and efficient.

Clean room, but the shower needs some mould magic to remove all the black mould from the shower. We stayed for 2 nights and didn't get any housekeeping during our stay, which was a bit disappointing as we would've liked fresh towels. Good location and there is parking, although it did look quite busy. Didn't try the breakfast, as it ended at 10.00am, which we thought was a bit early for a weekend morning.

As expected for this chain, room size and quality was excellent, and is a reasonable (albeit up-hill) walking distance of the city centre.
