This is a good basic hotel. You must be prepared to climb spiral stairs because there is no elevator. I must say that the hotel was very accommodating, in that my knee, suddenly and without any prior issue, started bothering me right before our scheduled stay, and, with just days to spare, I asked about alternate accommodations. Luckily there was availability and the management quickly offered to switch our reservation from the second floor to the first floor. We happily accepted.
They are very prompt in replying to email questions. There is no hotel “desk” so there is no concierge to answer questions or to make reservations.
We stayed there during the European heat dome torture. There is no air conditioning (to be fair, the only air conditioning we found was in the museums), but there were fans and an open window. Our last couple of days were back-to-normal temperatures and the rooms were cooled by the night air.
There is lots of closet shelf space in two different rooms. There are hangers in the closet. There is a small fridge, with a small freezer, and dishes, cutlery and pots and pans. We didn’t use the stove top or the small appliances. We did use the microwave and hair dryer; they worked as expected.
The bathroom is small but there are two other larger mirrors in different areas.
There are two double beds (one is a pull out sofa) in two different rooms.
This is basic, adequate accommodation, at a reasonable price, for four people.

We had an excellent experience during our stay! The apartment is very well located, clean, organized, comfortable, and met all of our expectations. The location was one of the highlights, making it very easy to explore Paris.
We would especially like to thank Jaime for his excellent service. He was extremely attentive, helpful, and professional throughout our stay, and his assistance made our experience even better.
We highly recommend this accommodation to everyone and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.
