Small, well appointed rooms very convenient to Paddington station but miraculously on a cute tree-lined street with an elegant breakfast buffet and friendly, professional staff.

Clean, compact room with individually controlled AC thermostat and nice cold air for summer heat. Bed was comfy with ample pillows. Shower was clean, powerful and roomy for a stall. Bathroom sink was tiny, but functional. The mini-bar was well-stocked, but you'll pay a bit for items. Some close-by 24/7 convenience shops are very helpful for sundries, refreshments, etc., and restaurants and pubs abound just steps away. Entire property feels moderately upscale with an elevated, modern feel. Door security is excellent with key codes and RFID access for main doors. Excellent proximity to Paddington Station. My wife, elderly mother and I walked the .02 miles with 3 large suitcases and carry-ons with ease. Go out the main Paddington entrance on Praed St., pass the Micky D's on your left, turn left past the small park and it's in the middle of the block on your right. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They always kept the doors locked and it felt safe. We did not hear the trains, but we heard quite a lot from the neighboring rooms. Grate location close to Paddington station. The rooms are bathrooms are really small, but you have all your ned if you’re able to climb a little to get into bed.
