Elevator and room location were very helpful but the friendly staff were the most memorable pleasure for me

There was a storm in the area which knocked out soem of the amenities like the TV, but that was not their fault. The staff had to unlock our room door for us as the card feature was not working. The staff had to work extra hard to accomodate people. The room was clean and comfortable. Good staff tryign to make the best of a hard situation.

Thank you to all the front desk staff for their helpfulness. I think Rebeccah was the name of the person I interacted with the most in the evenings - super helpful and kind - plus Gayle in the daytimes. And Tammy the housekeeper. Thank you ladies for a great stay. My family and I have stayed here several times before and would happily stay here again anytime!
