Great location, great space, good facilities. Quite a few things were working but only just; 2 of the fans, window locks, slide system for waste bin, bathroom latch to name but a few... we had a lovely stay but some maintenance required

Pros: Great location! Very responsive staff. Comfortable beds.
Cons: No AC. Walking up and down 71 stairs to get to the unit. Furniture is getting worn.

Location was great for being able to walk to everything we wanted to see.

Spacious and clean room right in the heart of Chinatown. Location was perfect as it's only 2 blocks from Leicester Square underground station. I liked the modern kitchen and bathroom and the internet was also fast and reliable. It can be loud in the living room since the main street of chinatown is right downstairs, but if you close both the living room and bedroom doors, you won't hear any outside noise from the bedroom any longer. Although the apartment is modern and renovated, the bones of the house is old, so you can hear neighbors above you walking around.
