We had such wonderful experiences and rainforest environments the monkeys and birds were such a surprise and a super attendant lady name Jessica who helped us with a tour and was extra. The icing on the cake was the beautiful set up for our anniversary. We had a wonderful time!!🤗

Breakfast was very good and the cliff side room was nice and spacious. The beach has a lot of rocks in the water by the resort.

The cable car was out of service, so they had to use golf carts instead. This caused long waiting times when it was busy.
The TV in our room wasn't working. We called reception, someone came to fix it, but it still didn't work properly afterwards.
The toilet was faulty and barely flushed.
They forgot to release the credit card hold when we checked out. I had to remind them.
Overall, the property is poorly maintained. The rooms are outdated and there is a clear lack of maintenance. The location is beautiful, but it's inconvenient because you need to take a baht bus every time you want to go into town.
I tried not to show my disappointment in front of the kids. But to be completely honest, this was well below the standard of accommodation and service I'm used to. We won't be coming back.
