The staff was excellent and was extremely helpful. I will not go through Expedia anymore because they charged $50 more than the other room that we got when we arrived. The hotel was very clean. There should be a brief explanation on parking because it's very confusing on where to park when arriving because you need to go in first to get a room key in order to park in the hotel ramp. But, the hotel is in a great location. Went to Arlays bar/grill which is right around the corner and they shuttle you to different events which was extremely convenient. The only thing that needs improvement is the mattress on the pullout couches. They are horribly thin and uncomfortable, even for children.

We stay here often while visiting our daughter at the University of St. Thomas. We love the heated parking, especially in the winter, and the included breakfast is nice! The rooms are modern and very clean. The only issue we’ve ever experienced is the alarm clock has been set in our room (unbeknownst to us) several times. I am not sure how this continues to happen to us, but other than the unexpected alarm at 5:30/6:00am, we really enjoy this hotel. (I now keep a reminder in my calendar to be sure the alarm clock isn’t set when we check into the room).
