Horrible, scam

⚠️ MISLEADING LISTING — THE VIEW SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS IS NOT THE REAL VIEW This was one of the most misleading accommodation listings I have ever encountered. The listing photos make it appear that the apartment has a clear, unobstructed beach/lake view. That is NOT what you get in reality. There is a large building directly in front of the apartment that blocks the vast majority of the view. Only a small portion of the water is visible. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the building has effectively been cropped/zoomed out of the listing photos, creating a completely different impression of the actual view. Had the photos shown the property and its surroundings honestly, I would never have booked it. The location was also extremely problematic. I spent around 30 minutes trying to find the apartment based on the address/location provided. Google Maps shows a building at the indicated location, but the actual apartment is apparently in the SECOND building, with another large building directly obstructing the supposed “beach/lake view.” I immediately complained to Booking.com. I was initially told that the matter would be investigated and that I would receive a FULL REFUND. After waiting, I was eventually told that the owner refused to provide a refund. Booking.com then failed to resolve the situation properly, despite the listing clearly not matching the impression created by its photographs and description. This is not simply a case of “the view was not as nice as expected.” The issue is that the listing gives a misleading representation of the property and its surroundings. I strongly recommend that Booking.com independently verify this listing and compare the advertised photographs with the actual view from the apartment. Guests should not have to arrive at a property to discover that a major building has been deliberately excluded from the photographs. Extremely disappointing experience.

Exceptional stay in a luxury apartment

Exceptional stay. Though it is a few KMs away from the old town of Dubrovnik, the place is still very conveniently located if you own or rent a car. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. We had everything we needed. Definitely one of the best stays. Highly recommended for family or group of friends.
