A modern and tastefully decorated 54 m² vacation apartment awaits you in a magnificent location in the Moselle town of Burgen, accommodating up to 4 people. The apartment has been awarded a 4-star rating for its high-quality standards and superior comfort.In front of the apartment is a small terrace for relaxing, with a view of the Moselle and Bischofstein Castle across the river. The apartment is wheelchair-accessible and features a living room with a sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests, a kitchen with a dining area, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom.
We, your hosts, are friendly, neutral, and approachable people. We live here with our Maltese dog. We love the Moselle region with its beautiful vineyards and numerous castles, complemented by scenic hiking trails.
Just a short walk away are the campgrounds, a bakery, the tourist information office, a bus stop, a boat dock, and restaurants. Just 11 km away in Treis Karden, you’ll find a supermarket and a romantic harbor with a restaurant. Just 7 km away, in the well-known Moselle town of Alken, you’ll find the magnificent Thurant Castle, a supermarket, and numerous cafés and restaurants. In addition to the varied hiking and biking trails, there are many attractions in the surrounding area: the town of Cochem with the Reichsburg, the city of Koblenz with the aerial cableway to Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and the Deutsches Eck, the Geierlay suspension bridge, the Klotten Wildlife and Recreation Park, Lake Laach, and much more.
Starting in April 2025, we will be offering a new and very popular service: the VRM Guest Ticket for the Moselburgblick accommodation in Burgen. It entitles guests to use local public transportation in the VRM area free of charge. This means that overnight guests can use all buses and trains in the VRM Area 63 without any additional charge.

From your apartment, you have a direct view of the beautiful Moselle Valley. The kitchen features a fully equipped kitchenette and is fully stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. The cozy living room features a double sofa bed that sleeps 3–4 people, as well as a TV. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a dresser. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, sink, and hair dryer. Bed linens and towels are provided.
On-site costs: New as of 01.04.2025: Stress-free vacation & save money! During their stay, we offer our guests the VRM guest ticket for free use of public transportation in the VRM region (northern Rhineland-Palatinate) and part of Hesse. This eliminates the often complicated process of buying train tickets from vending machines and also spares you the often tedious search for parking. Your pet is welcome for a small additional fee of €8 per day. Pool use is available upon request for €10 per stay. Payment is due on site.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
