This 140-square-meter vacation home is located in the heart of Zingst on a large lot (700 square meters), about 500 meters from the beach and 20 meters from the town center.
Renovated and refurnished in 2018, the house features an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, a living room with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a gas fireplace, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The upper floor features one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a sauna.
The property is located in the second row off Hafenstraße and is absolutely quiet and very sunny.
A second exit from the garden leads directly onto Likedeeler Weg (a walking and biking path) and from there directly onto the traffic-calmed street Fischmarkt.
The supermarket is only 20 meters away. (Google Maps is misleading; Hafenstr. 29 is actually located roughly at the same level as Hafenstr. 33).
The property features 2 parking spaces, 1 bike storage room for 8 bikes, and 2 patios with patio furniture.
Pets allowed upon request; no cats permitted!
