Completed in 2013, this 106-square-meter vacation semi-detached home awaits you.
It’s located on quiet Friedenstraße, just about 5 minutes from the pedestrian zone and an 8–10-minute (approx. 500 m) walk from the beach and the pier.
Set on a spacious lot, this “typical Darß” semi-detached house features a beautiful thatched roof.
The high-quality maritime decor and amenities will get you in the mood for your vacation on the beautiful Baltic Sea.
There are 2 private parking spaces for our guests right in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the on-site garden shed.
On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player, a wood-burning stove, and a partially open kitchen. There you’ll also find a bathroom with a toilet, shower, radio, and bio-sauna.
On the first floor, two bright and inviting bedrooms—each accommodating two people—are furnished with a TV and a bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and radio.
In the attic, there is another bedroom for two people.
Children will find a small play den here and are sure to have fun playing in it.
This room also has a TV and a DVD player. The large terrace offers plenty of space, and you can choose between sun and shade throughout the day (south/east-facing).
In the morning, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace while having a leisurely breakfast. There are 6 comfortable, movable sun loungers with cushions and a side table, as well as a garden table and chairs for up to 8 people, a large umbrella, and a grill.
There are 2 charging stations for electric cars on the property.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or rent them from the Zingst Room Exchange for a fee.
