Welcome to the newly renovated 46 m² two-room apartment on the first floor in Timmendorfer Strand.
Located in a quiet residential area, the apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.
The living room is equipped with a cozy sleeper sofa (150 x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system.
From the living room, you can step out onto the beautiful east-southeast-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun until the early afternoon.
In the open kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils, you can prepare delicious meals.
You can then enjoy them together at the extendable dining table.
The bedroom features a double bed (160 x 190 cm, separate mattresses) and a large closet.
To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the window can be darkened with pleated blinds.
This cozy apartment is rounded out by a bathroom with a shower and natural light.
You are also welcome to use the communal sauna.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for your car.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or compensation will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).
