Welcome to the newly renovated and modern ambience of the apartment "Meerverliebt". A bright and modern 3-room apartment for up to 4 people awaits you on 68sqm with absolute cosiness. We are in love!
The combined living/dining room impresses not only with its modern furnishings in light white and warm blue tones, but also with its lovingly designed decorative accents. On the adjoining terrace you can linger from breakfast to a sundowner in a quiet location. In addition, the terrace has a large table with four designer chairs, as well as a parasol that protects you from the sun with plenty of shade on hot days.
The comfortable couch invites you to exciting TV evenings on the large flat screen TV.
The modern dining area for 4 people is integrated into the living room.
Just like the state-of-the-art kitchen area, which has a cooking island with a counter, so that cooking together can be arranged with nice conversation. The high-quality kitchen with Siemens appliances offers a dishwasher, a ceramic hob in the cooking island, an oven and a refrigerator with freezer compartment for every comfort. In addition to a toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine from WMF, there is also a Senseo pad and a Nespresso capsule machine.
The bedroom also has the warm colours that guarantee a restful sleep in the double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with a continuous mattress. In addition, there is another flat-screen TV in this room. The 2nd bedroom has a large double bed with a continuous lying area of 1.80x2.00m, which can only be accessed from one side.
