The 3-room apartment is equipped with high-end smart-home technology, electric curtains, in-floor heating, and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances. Bedroom with a double bed and mountain views. Two workstations with 34" curved monitors and a 55" Samsung OLED TV. Bathroom with a shower and bathtub made of natural stone. Gas grill on the balcony. Wi-Fi included.
Washer-dryer available (€2.50 per wash cycle, €5 including dryer).
The tourist tax must be paid at least 3 days before arrival; otherwise, check-in will not be possible.
Smart-home system controls comfort and security (heating, alarm, sensors, etc.). Wi-Fi is free, centrally controlled, and cannot be disabled.
An electric vehicle charging station is available in town.
Security deposit (cashless, 3 business days before arrival): up to €1,000: €500; up to €2,000: €800; up to €3,000: €1,200.
