About this villa rental

Pretty renovated house of 90 m², located 200 m from the sea in a quiet street.
Garden of 350 m² with wooden terrace and lawn.
Fine sandy beaches, famous market on Sundays (+Tuesday and Friday in July and August) located 2 steps from the house with the brewer La Moussette.
Many activities in the heart of the village: Tennis, horse riding, cinema, sailing school, bike rental...
15 minutes from Granville where you can embark for the magnificent Chausey Islands. Coutances is located 15 minutes away.

Our old fisherman's house of 90 m2 on one level renovated, bright and modern, is composed of a stove, a large bay window, a barbecue, deckchairs. Fully equipped for a pleasant stay!
1 double bed in each bedroom (140x190) including 1 bedroom with an extra bunk bed.
Bathroom with shower.
1 toilet
1 sofa bed for 2 people and 1 sofa bed for 1 person in the living room
