OK but no more.

Good location for what we wanted.

No outside access, there was a very small outside area but the stench from the drain was overpowering. The shower screen door fell off and I had to refit it. The internet was extremely poor, after about an hours use it went off, I reported it but nothing was done.

5 / 10

Nice flat, good location, shame about the odour.

I was visiting as part of a sporting competition, so needed a place with a washing machine to run sports kit through after competing each day. There are two shower rooms/toilets with good water pressure. The flat is situated well for the beaches and there is a bicycle docking station less than a minuets walk, with most of the of the city within a 20min bicycle ride.

So, the big issue with this place is the damp smell and the bad drain in the courtyard at the back. If you have a sensitive nose, this is not the place for you. There was a dehumidifier that I left running when I wasn't in the apartment and I worked out that you could also get a through draft by opening the windows at the front and the doors at the back to change the air. I suspect that the underlying damp and drain problems are with the building and not something that can easily be fixed. One big improvement would be to add a drying rack for plates and glasses to the kitchen.

8 / 10

Excellent location, spacious comfortable studio.

Excellent location, clean, good shower, spacious, two bathrooms, decent kitchen space.

Automated concierge, had to ask about WiFi, there were two very similar apartments at the same address and it wasn't entirely clear when we arrived which one was ours.

7 / 10

Sketchy communication

Communication with host very sketchy. Our train arrived late, but no one answered the only phone number listed when we tried to inform them; chatting via the site was impossible on the train due to sparse wifi. We asked about checkout (where/how to leave the key), and are already yet nobody has replied.

6 / 10Average·Oct 2026

Apartamento amplio y bien ubicado.
