Prefect for our stay in the Dolomites.

Great decor, space and facilities. Had everything we needed. Staff very helpful, everything provided well. Loved everything about this property.

A bit meh, but with fabulous views

The apartment is very comfortable and attractive. Please note that our stay was during the Winter Olympics, so we paid top dollar for this rental. Therefore, my expectations were perhaps higher than those here for a standard vacation. BUT, some of our issues with the property could impact your stay, as well. 1. We booked this apartment because it has two bedrooms, and sometimes my partner and I sleep apart due to snoring. We were provided with only one set of linens, and that in the main bedroom. No linens were provided for the guest bedroom. 2. We booked this apartment because it has a washer/dryer. We were on a 10 days trip and packed 4 days worth of clothes, anticipating using the washer/dryer midway at this location. The dryer didn't work. We reported this and management said they would send someone the next day to look into it. There was no sign that anyone came, and, the dryer remained non- functioning. 3. We booked this apartment because it had 2 bathrooms. There were no towels in the second bathroom, and no extra paper. 4. The key was REALLY tricky. The lockbox was easy enough to figure out, but opening the front door was quite difficult for us. We wound up ringing the doorbells of other occupants, and someone who lives there came down to help us. They confirmed that the key we were given was not great, but he helped us oil the lock and eventually get ourselves into the property. 5. Water pressure is low and cold out of sink taps.

A few things about communication. First, Booking recommends you ALWAYS communicate through Booking messaging. This company took to contacting me out of the blue through WhatsApp starting a few days before the rental. And, what were they messaging me about? Needing forms for checking in. Let me explain why this was noteworthy. A few days before we left for the trip, the management started sending me automated messages through Booking, asking me to check in using a link. And the link wasn't included. I emailed them and let them know that the link was absent, and they basically said don't worry about it, they'd send it closer to the check in date. But the automated messages kept coming. Eventually, two days before check in, they started contacting me on WhatsApp (which I was not anticipating) asking for sensitive information like photos of our passports, etc. So that's weird, because I had to just infer that this was a legitimate request. But more to the point, I had to use roaming to send information to them on their timetable, instead of sending it in advance on wifi, which I had tried to do. I ALSO had to disrupt a day of my vacation to, again, meet their calendar instead of doing things that were more convenient for me. I know I may sound very "American" in this review. But, there was a significant level of inconvenience for a premium sticker price for this particular rental. Ultimately, this is a nice apartment in a good location. We just feel a bit ripped off.

Simply recommend, it was perfect and cozy.

Probably one of the best looking and coziest apartments in Auronzo which also makes a great starting point for trips to Dolemites.

De locatie. Het uitzicht op het meer en de bergen was fantastisch

Het lekker op je gemak ergens zitten ging niet lekker. Zowel de bank als de de eetkamerstoelen zijn geen fijne stoelen om langer op te zitten.
