The townhouse is located within a gated community featuring landscaped grounds and a communal pool, with a separate entrance from the street. It is laid out over 3 floors: Main Floor: spacious living room with integrated dining area, a modern, fully equipped open kitchen; 1 small, fully equipped bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer. The opening onto the gallery with its large glass window enhances the spaciousness and airiness of this beautiful, recently renovated townhouse, making it the perfect place for your daily relaxation and enjoyment. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom: 1 double bed (1.50 m), en suite bathroom, and a spacious terrace with a sea view. The next bedroom has two single beds, each with an extra bed, making it a quadruple room. There is one full bathroom in the hallway. The third bedroom features a 1.35-meter double bed. On the third floor, a magnificent sun deck with a small kitchenette and ocean views invites you to enjoy the magical sunsets of the Costa del Sol. Its residential location, just steps away from the best beaches with trendy beach bars, makes this magnificent townhouse the perfect vacation destination. Outdoor parking with no assigned spot. We had an absolute blast. The house is amazing, clean, comfortable, so many areas to hang out in and it had everything we needed. Pool was fantastic and it's walking distance to the beach and beach clubs. Highly recommend! Fantastic comms with Paula too. Thank you for an incredible stay!
