First floor—a living room with an open-concept kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom; the living room opens onto a terrace with a pool.
Second floor—a kitchen with a terrace, one bedroom, and two bathrooms.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances. The property is fenced. The villa includes two parking spaces.
Kruče is a small, pleasant, and green village—yet it has excellent transportation links. There are practically no hotels here, and the village remains quiet and peaceful even in the middle of summer.
