About this apartment rental
Welcome to our charming vacation home in La Spezia, a private villa where I, Deborah, live upstairs with my daughters. We’re here to assist you while ensuring your privacy is respected.
On the first floor, with separate entrances—one for us and one for our guests—our guests can choose between two delightful apartments: the Modern Room and the Country Room. Each apartment features a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, as shown in the photos on our website.
Our location is exceptional and ideal for La Spezia. We’re just a seven-minute walk from La Spezia station, yet nestled in a serene setting surrounded by trees, birds, a lawn, and a park. This creates a peaceful, almost paradisiacal environment.
Adjacent to our large park are my private parking spaces, which can be reserved upon request. You’ll sleep in peace, unlike at other guesthouses in La Spezia, which are often noisy.
Guests also have access to the gazebos in the garden, benches, tables, and a barbecue, making it a wonderful place to stay. You’ll enjoy independence, coming and going as you please, and can make use of our private parking.
