About this apartment rental
Our house is just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Hippach, where you’ll find several restaurants, a café, and small grocery stores.
The vacation rental is located on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible; it features 1 double room and 2 triple rooms, one of which has an additional shower.
All rooms are very bright and comfortably furnished; two rooms are equipped with 32" flat-screen TVs.
The spacious 21m² kitchen-living room is equipped with all standard appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, 32" flat-screen TV) and a full set of dishes; a sofa in the kitchen adds to the cozy atmosphere.
An additional separate restroom in the hallway is also available.
From the kitchen-living room and two bedrooms, you can access our large 32m² terrace.
In the summer, we provide a grill in the garden for our guests.
In the basement, there is a locked ski storage room (also for bicycles) and a drying room.

Sabina is a great host. Communication was easy and transparent. She speaks perfect English, which was really convenient for us.The house is in wonderful condition. Everything is nice and clean and well functioning. Private ski room and drying room are a cherry on top.We enjoyed the calm stay, no noisy neighbors or loud parties nearby.Ski bus stop is super close so you have easy access to Hogbergbahn and Zillertal arena. Shop and farmacy are at 10 minutes walking distance.
