This spacious ground-floor apartment accommodates up to 6 people (including two children) and offers a high-quality vacation home close to the beach. Your pet is also a welcome guest here. You’re sure to fall in love with the modern, tasteful decor right away. The living area features a seating arrangement consisting of two sofa beds and a large smart TV. Round out the day with a cozy movie night or use popular streaming services like Netflix or Amazon Prime with your login credentials to find the perfect movie. But before you decide to do that, the open kitchen invites you to enjoy a leisurely cooking experience. Prepare your own meals—thanks to plenty of helpful kitchen appliances—and enjoy them with the whole family at the large dining table. In addition to the essential household appliances, the kitchen is also equipped with a Nespresso machine, a steam cooker, a food processor, and an electric juicer.
The adjoining terrace offers plenty of space to relax; whether it’s sharing breakfast with family or friends or sunbathing with a good book—the choice is yours.
The box-spring beds in both bedrooms provide exceptional comfort. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom adjacent to it. In the first bedroom, you’ll find a bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2.00 meters), a closet, and a TV. In the second bedroom, too, you’ll find another TV next to the bed (sleeping area: 1.40 x 2.00 meters). As a special touch, the second bedroom features a walk-in closet. Blackout curtains in all rooms ensure a good night’s sleep.
The bathrooms are equipped with a sink, toilet, shower, and a heated towel rack. In the first bathroom, you’ll also find a second sink and a rain shower.

For that extra touch of luxury, the entire apartment is equipped with a smart home system. This allows you to conveniently control the lights in every room—as well as the heating—via a tablet. You’ll also find Bluetooth speakers (Amazon Alexa) and soundbars in almost every room. Connect your devices and play your music throughout the entire apartment. Wi-Fi is included. The apartment is located on the first floor; however, due to the layout of the building, it can only be reached via a few steps. You can park your car in the building’s underground garage. The recommended maximum clearance height is 1.90 meters. Large vehicles are less suitable due to narrow driveways (please keep this in mind when planning your vacation). Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the building’s bicycle storage room. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located in the building.
