Spacious family house with quiet garden near the Olympic sites (Défense Arena for swimming and water polo direct access by RER and 10 min by car), the RER Nanterre Ville (in 10 min to La Défense and in 15 min to the Arc de Triomphe in the heart of Paris) and all shops and restaurants, ideal for visiting Paris and enjoying the Olympics!

This atypical house from Nanterre full of charm includes:
1 floor dedicated to visitors
With 3 bedrooms, 1 spacious bathroom + toilet and 1 separate toilet
- Bedroom 1 with 2 double beds including on 1 mezzanine
- Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds
- Bedroom 3 with 1 single bed for child/teenager
Possibility to add a baby cot on request
Sheets and bath linen included
2 floors shared with an occupant to welcome you (available if you need help during your stay) but you have priority over all common areas
- On the first floor with 1 entrance, 1 relaxing stay, 1 bathroom + toilet, 1 dining room and 1 kitchen open to the terrace and the garden
- In the basement (cool space very pleasant in case of heat) with 1 games room with ambient light, 1 table football and board games for everyone, 1 2nd living room, 1 saddler and 1 laundry room
1 garden behind the house with shaded terrace if needed, outdoor lounge, barbecue, fountain to enjoy water jets in the garden for the delight of young and old
1 courtyard in front of the house with 1 parking space (electric gate)
You can fully access the open parts of the house during your stay except for a bedroom occupied in the basement by my brother, available to help you make the most of your stay.
