Whether for a business trip, a weekend or a holiday, the Duplex will meet all your expectations.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people:
- First floor: Living room with living room and equipped kitchen
- Floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed, shower room and WC
The +: Free parking 50m away, fibre connection, smart TV...
The duplex of about 50m2 is completely renovated and combines modernity, comfort and charm of the old (exposed stones, beams...). It offers a very contemporary interior with many amenities.
Each room is designed to offer optimal comfort:
-> The living room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing while watching a movie or reading a book.
-> The open kitchen is well equipped, perfect for preparing delicious meals
-> The bathroom with toilet has a modern rain shower to relax in
-> A large bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ergonomic pillows, dresser, mirror, coat hooks... which can also accommodate a travel cot
-> A second smaller bedroom that also has a comfortable double bed, ergonomic pillows, dresser, mirror and coat hooks.
You will have all the basic products free of charge (sheets, towels, dish towels, hygiene products, coffee, tea, salt, pepper...)
We are very meticulous about cleaning and guarantee impeccable cleanliness.
The accommodations are very well located with many services within walking distance:
-> Nantes to Brest Canal at 400m
-> Shopping center at 500m (E. Leclerc, Decathlon...)
-> Historic city center of Redon, many restaurants, cinema... 1.5 km away
-> Rennes, Nantes and Vannes are less than 1 hour away by car
-> The ocean and the Gulf of Morbihan are 45 minutes away by car
The entire accommodations are accessible, except for a small cleaning area located under the stairs.
