Very friendly and attentive staff. The flat is very well located in a charming area of Sorrento. There are grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and everything else you need within walking distance. The flat is also very close to Marina Piccola, where you can catch ferries and boats to Capri, the Amalfi Coast, and Positano. The breakfast was very good, and Rita was there every morning to prepare coffee or help with anything we needed. The owner, Anna, was also always willing to help.
The only drawback was the shower and the water pressure in general. The water didn’t flow properly and fluctuated a lot: sometimes there was almost no water, with random short bursts. We told Anna, but we never got a solution.

A friend recommended Casa de Napoli to us and we found it met all our expectation. It is well located on a relatively quiet street near the central tourist areas with plenty of restaurants and shopping.
Rita, the maid, was quite attentive and friendly. The room (whole facility really) was spotlessly clean, fresh towels provided every day, comfortable bed, good shower, everything we appreciate in our travels--including a room safe to stow our passports while we wandered.
We were sorry that we did not meet Anna, the host, personally, but she was always available and responded to our questions and requests within minutes, and helped set up out taxi transport back to the Naples central train station.
Breakfast was simple, but good -- an ample variety of local pastries, toast, jam, fruit, eggs, coffee.
Nothing untoward to report really

The B&B practically sparkled it was so clean and bright! We reserved 2 rooms for ourselves and our adult daughter. The balcony from deluxe double looked down on a charming street. The communication with the owner was good in advance of our arrival and during our stay, and Rita, the breakfast host and housekeeper was wonderful, a real gem. So friendly and helpful with questions we had. Breakfast was also excellent.Strongly recommend as a good centrally located place to stay in Sorrento. The city’s water supply was shut down for part of one day during our stay and the hosts brought in large bottles of water to ease any difficulties.
Everything was great

Great location to shopping, cafes and restaurants. Good to have breakfast available each morning, very friendly and helpful host. Clean accommodation and efficient air conditioning. Close to local laundrette who can do your washing and ironing.
Would have been nice to have more variety of food for breakfast each day. There is a restaurant downstairs and tenants upstairs which made the place noisy into the early morning and late hours of the night. The water pressure in the shower is very low and barely any water comes out which is a building issue. We also had an expensive souvenir taken from our room and not recovered which was disappointing.
