Our single-storey villa, for 6 people, is air-conditioned and surrounded by hiking trails and the greenway, which is also accessible by bike. This haven of peace located in the heart of the southern Ardèche is ideally designed to make your stay an unforgettable moment. You can enjoy the summer heat and cool off at the gîte or by its private swimming pool. An individual petanque court is also available. Nearby, other beautiful activities await you: markets (Les Vans, Ruoms, Valllon Pont d'Arc...), walks in the shade of the cobbled streets of our villages of character, canoeing or rafting in the Ardèche gorges, swimming in the Chassezac river, walking in the woods of Païolive, climbing. Not to mention visiting the natural sites (Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet 2, Aven d'Orgnac...) as well as the rich and varied Ardèche gastronomy. The Liledou cottage offers all modern comforts in an exceptional natural setting. Its bright living room will gather you around a good meal or an aperitif in the shade of its covered terrace with plancha, near the olive trees. The welcoming living room has 2 sofas and flat screen TV (wifi fiber). The dining room opens onto the kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. A washing machine is at your disposal in the cellar. A hallway leads to the night side with these 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 with 140 cm bed and one with 2 90 cm beds. Each has a built-in wardrobe, electric shutters and air conditioning. The bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in shower and two sinks. A toilet with hand basin is independent. For even more comfort, linens (sheets) and towels, as well as cleaning, are available as options. You can park your vehicles at the foot of the cottage. * Swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September - 7X3.5 teacher 1m45 - treated with salt - secured by an alarm * Due to allergies, our animal friends cannot be allowed in the cottage. If you want to spend a holiday with family or friends, you can rent, for their proximity, a second cottage, with the same characteristics, while benefiting from 2 separate spaces.
