Just a few kilometers from Rome and very close to the sea, within a residential complex surrounded by greenery, equipped with parking spaces and several playgrounds for children.
The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The property also features a spacious terrace.
We are in the town of Fiumicino, in the Palidoro neighborhood, far from the city’s chaos and
within the Granaretto residential complex.
The Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital is just a 5-minute drive away.
A 5-minute walk takes you to the Torrimpietra-Paldioro train station, from which you can reach the center of Rome (San Pietro Station) in 20 minutes. The FL5 rail line connects the house to Termini Station (40 min) and the port of Civitavecchia (36 min). We’re also a 25-minute drive from Leonardo da Vinci Airport in Fiumicino. A 20-minute drive will also take you to the “Parco Leonardo” shopping center and the “Leonardo Da Vinci” open-air retail park
