Good value for the price, good location near a important vaporetto station, close to the airport.

Our room was lovely. Clean and comfortable with a stunning view of the lagoon
The location was perfect as it was near to the water bus stations and cone to walk to places.

The staff were helpful, I was grateful for the help. There wasn't always a staff member available and had to wait, didn't answer on WhatsApp

10/10. Location was phenomenal, right near Fontamente Nova in Canneregio. Room overlooked the sea, and San Michele. Room felt both comfortable and classy; bathroom was superior. No lift, but I didn’t mind. Helpful staff. Wee bit of noise from boats departing underneath, but windows filter out 90% of it. Truly excellent value. I absolutely would stay here again.
