> Loft area with a bunk bed (90x190). You must walk through this area to access Bedroom 3.
> Bathroom 2 (bathtub, sink, toilet)

A very quiet residential neighborhood with the feel of an authentic small Alpine village. Centrally located just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Chamonix. Hiking trails start just a few steps away, such as the Plan de l’Aiguille trail or the trail leading to Montenvers.
It’s best to use public transportation to reach the Brevent ski area or those in the rest of the valley; the former is a 5-minute drive away. Les Planards, for beginners, is the only one accessible on foot. You’ll also find summer toboggan runs there.
A special mention goes to the Chamonix Microbrewery, just 200 meters away. The Super U supermarket is 900 meters away, and we highly recommend the Richard bakery right across the street.

Guests arriving by car will have access to a private underground garage for two vehicles. Please note that your vehicle will need to use an elevator, and the maximum weight is 2,000 kg per vehicle. Otherwise, you’ll need to use public parking lots (the closest being Mont Blanc or Grépon).
As for public transportation, it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the train station (700 m), where you’ll find the Mont-Blanc-Express train, allowing you to easily explore the rest of the valley for free with our guest passes. The same goes for taking the Montenvers train to the Mer de Glace. The nearest bus stop is 450 m away (Médiathèque).
Ideally located for easy access to Les Houches and Argentière (10 min), as well as Megève and St. Gervais (30 min) or even Annecy and Geneva (1 hr 15 min).

Important: The toilets in this accommodation are equipped with a macerator toilet that can only accept toilet paper. Please do not flush diapers, wipes, sanitary napkins, tampons, etc.
