Location was fantastic! Caroline from the front desk was incredible !

This property was in a great location with easy access to the metro, extremely clean, easy to access with security codes and sturdy locks, comfortable bed and the staff were responsive and helpful. The bathroom was very large. They have a free to access laundry room which was a real bonus for those staying a number of days.
The staff were so lovely - unfortunately the aircon had gone down during a weather event and they were so responsive to bringing up a fan and offering anything to help make us comfortable. They gave us some great recommendations and made us feel very welcome.
We loved it!
Just the smallest little dislike… The room was on the small side - which was disappointing given the very large bathroom. There wasn’t really anywhere to store the luggage, which made it difficult to open the main door and get around the room. We have said that we will stay again next time but opt for the larger room!

Very small
Two pods for two people over a three day period for the price some coffee and tea would have been nice

No breakfast, but lots of cafes etc on the same street. The location is the real big seller, as it's such a trendy area with bars, cafes, restaurants etc, but felt very safe at all hours of the day. Very nice and quiet at night (we were on the top floor). Very clean and staff were friendly. I would stay here again.
Being an apartment at the top of the building, there were some sloping ceilings and we hit our heads a few times which was painful! Also the shower temperature wouldn't always stay consistent.

"The appartment was clean, well arranged and equipped. The location makes it easy to find landmarks, the river and a great range of places to eat."
