everything except one item was excellent.
cleanliness, appointment, beautiful building, etc all are exceptional.
our room was on the lower floor and the noise from the plumbing above, doors closing etc was very loud.
We could hear anyone walking or closing doors or running taps or the shower was loud and clear in our unit.

Beautiful rooms and a great patio overlooking the water. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Little extras like binoculars in the sitting room make for an extra special look at the area. Peaceful and quiet!! Great local cuisine at the inn’s restaurant and you have to try the freshly baked scones in the morning!
