Praktisch ingericht. Functionele badkamer. Goede ligging en makkelijk te bereiken. Heel goeie en snelle hulp bij vragen.
- De matras van de slaapkamer had een put waardoor je oncomfortabel mag
- Enkele kapstokken voor jassen zouden heel handig zijn.

La proximité des commerces (super U, Carrefour, Picard...)
La propreté du logement.

Les petites attentions (café, thé, savon, bouteille d'eau, papier toilette...)

Logement sécurisé par une double porte
La proximité de la ligne de métro 4 (150 mètres)
Quelques pistes d'amélioration : L'insonorisation du logement est médiocre.
Heureusement la rue est plutôt calme en semaine. Le week end beaucoup de bruit en soirée.
La télévision est très mal réglée (en espagnol) et impossible de mettre les chaînes courantes.
Bien qu'il y ait beaucoup de serviettes de bain, j'aurais apprécié un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle.
Il manque quelques centimètres en largeur aux rideaux pour que la nuit soit nuit.

Un locale commerciale adibito ad abitazione. L'interno molto ben arredato, letto comodo, doccia spaziosa. In 4 si sta un pò stretti non c'è privacy tra le due camere. E il muro che da sulla strada è così sottile e per niente insonorizzato che si sente tutto. La titolare è disponibile e con un ottima comunicazione.

Los espacios son muy pequeños para 4 personas, se siente inseguro por que se escucha todo lo que sucede en la calle y no tiene paredes a la calle son como puertas de cristal
